Job Title: Nurse Manager - Multan

The Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff at our healthcare facility in Multan. They will ensure that all nurses are providing high-quality care to patients and adhering to safety protocols and hospital policies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of nursing practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Train new nurses on hospital policies, protocols, and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans for patients
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and infection control measures
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and budgeting for the nursing department

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's preferred)
- Current nursing license in Multan
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a nursing management role
- Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle stressful situations
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
