IT Support Specialist


We are in search of an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Horsens. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any IT related issues and will work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and software.
- Set up new user accounts and ensure proper access to network resources.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software resources.
- Assist with the implementation of new technology systems.
- Train users on basic computer functions and software applications.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and software applications (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.
