Computer Systems Analyst - IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Computer Systems Analyst to join our IT team in Chelyabinsk. As an IT support specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and upgrading our computer systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheral equipment
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to develop solutions for complex technical problems
- Conduct regular system updates and maintenance tasks
- Create documentation for system procedures and processes
- Train employees on new systems and technologies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac OS)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
