English Tutor for Women in Izhevsk, Russia

We are a language institute in Izhevsk, Russia seeking a Pakistani English-speaking tutor to teach English to women without prior experience. As a tutor, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the needs of your students. You will also be expected to provide one-on-one or group instruction to help your students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching. Previous experience as an English tutor is not required but highly preferred. This opportunity is open to female candidates only.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement lesson plans based on individual student needs
- Conduct engaging and interactive lessons focused on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English
- Provide timely feedback and assessment on student progress
- Create and utilize instructional materials such as worksheets, textbooks, and multimedia resources
- Keep track of student attendance and report any issues or concerns to management

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Must be a Pakistani national living in Izhevsk or willing to relocate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and understanding approach towards teaching non-native speakers
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is preferred but not required
