Sales Manager – Bayan, Nepal
Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bayan, Nepal. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth business operations
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis techniques
- Fluency in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
- Valid work permit/visa for Nepal (foreigners welcome)
- Ability to work full-time without accommodation provided
