Position: Carpenter

Location: Nizwa, Oman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This is a contract job with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials needed
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials using nails, screws, or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floors, and trim
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged wood or parts
- Follow safety precautions at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Good physical stamina
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

This position is open to Filipinos or other foreigners who are English speaking. Experience in carpentry is necessary for this role. This would be an ideal job for students looking for part-time work.
