Job Title: Carpenter (Nepali/Kenyan)



We are currently hiring skilled carpenters from Nepal or Kenya for a full-time position in our construction company located in Nizwa, Oman. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood or other materials. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and materials needed
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut, shape, and smooth lumber using hand tools and power equipment
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings, doors etc.
- Inspect structures to ensure they meet building codes and specifications
- Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow all safety procedures while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a carpenter
- Knowledge of different woodworking techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret measurements accurately
- Physical strength to lift heavy materials and work with hand tools for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
