Tiler/Tile Setter


We are in need of a skilled Tiler/Tile Setter to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone. This position is suitable for men with experience in tiling and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled
- Cut tiles to size and shape using power saws or tile cutters
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling them
- Mix and apply mortar or other adhesives to secure tiles in place
- Align tiles properly and ensure even spacing between them
- Grout tiles to fill in gaps between them
- Install edging and trim around tiled areas
- Remove old tiles or damaged areas as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times on job sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler/Tile Setter
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and sketches
- Knowledge of different tile types, patterns, and layouts
- Familiarity with various tiling tools and equipment such as power saws, tile cutters, levels, etc.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Must have own transportation to job sites

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at 1000$ per month depending on experience.
