Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager (Jerusalem, Israel)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Project Manager in Jerusalem, Israel. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Review project plans, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Oversee all construction activities to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate project updates to all stakeholders including clients, contractors, and management
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and address any issues or concerns
- Prepare reports on project status, budget tracking, and any potential risks or delays
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience working on large-scale projects is preferred

Remuneration:
