Office Assistant - Administrative Support (Contract)
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the office team in Eschen. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Order office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Working Conditions:
The Office Assistant will work on a contract basis in our Eschen office. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodations can be provided if needed.
