Online Consultant

We are currently hiring for the position of Online Consultant in our growing company based in Braga. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels to assist with their inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during online interactions with clients
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing our company in all online interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Keep detailed records of all client interactions and follow up when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills including knowledge of online chat programs, email systems, and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
