Facade Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Facade Designer to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating the exteriors of buildings, including the walls, windows, and doors. You will work closely with architects and engineers to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing facades that meet our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade design concepts that meet client requirements
- Create detailed drawings and models of facades using specialized software
- Conduct site visits to assess existing building conditions and gather necessary information for facade design
- Research new materials and technologies to incorporate into facade design
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with contractors and construction teams to ensure proper installation of facade elements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
