Head Baker



We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations. This includes managing a team of bakers and ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods.

Your main responsibilities will include creating and testing new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, overseeing baking processes, and maintaining food safety standards. You will also be responsible for training and supervising bakery staff, ensuring a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef, with excellent knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. A degree or certification in Baking or Pastry Arts is preferred. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.
