We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. We welcome applicants from Kenya with English fluency.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials needed for projects
- Measure, cut, shape, and join materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, flooring, and trim
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged or defective parts
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Carpenter
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy materials
- Valid work visa (sponsorship available if needed)
