Urgent Construction Manager in Mombasa, Kenya

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all construction activities for our company's projects in Mombasa, Kenya. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and be familiar with local regulations and building codes. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing construction projects from start to finish, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality control. Must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. This position requires fluency in English and is open to Filipino applicants as well as foreigners with a valid work visa. Accommodation will be provided for foreign employees. This is an urgent position so immediate availability is preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
