Office Assistant - Indian Nationality
We are a busy office in Vianden seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant with Indian nationality to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an office setting and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with travel arrangements for staff members
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary: $1300 per month
