Architectural Technologist


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects in the design, planning, and construction of buildings and structures.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop construction plans and drawings
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed technical drawings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project plans
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and project schedules
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate project details
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

This is a contract job with a salary of $1700 per month. Applicants must be fluent in Malayalam (Malayalees preferred) and have the ability to work legally in Abu Dhabi.
