Part-Time Handyman for Student Housing in Siauliai

We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team at our student housing facility in Siauliai. This is a part-time position, perfect for a student looking to gain experience and make some extra money. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and repairs of the building's facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Perform painting and drywall repairs as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment if necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Must have your own tools
- Must have availability to work evenings and weekends
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of Lithuanian language
