Smelter Operator
Operate and maintain smelting equipment at our metal refinery in Malindi. The ideal candidate should have experience working with furnaces, kilns, and other smelting machinery. They should also be able to monitor and adjust temperatures, flow rates, and other process variables to ensure efficient production. Good communication skills are required to work with the smelting team and report any issues or discrepancies. Attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality of the final product meets safety and industry standards. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Must be physically fit and able to work in a hot and noisy environment. Salary starts at $1200/month with potential for growth. Malayalee or foreign candidates welcome.
