Facade Installation Technician

As a Facade Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining facades in various buildings and structures. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and physical dexterity. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the successful installation of facades.

Responsibilities:
- Install facades according to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards
- Use various tools and equipment to cut, shape, and install facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, or concrete
- Measure and mark surfaces for accurate installation
- Repair or replace damaged facades as needed
- Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing of facades
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or a similar construction role
- Knowledge of different types of facade materials and their installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience working with biometric passports preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Khanpur (or willing to relocate)
