Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise location and measurements of land, buildings, and other features. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying techniques and equipment, as well as proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to establish accurate measurements of land, buildings, and other features
- Use various surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures on the land
- Keep detailed records of survey data and maintain accurate project documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficiency in using CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva (open to foreigners)
