We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Ashdod, Israel. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing personalized services to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests, such as tours or transportation
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with luggage handling and room deliveries
- Maintain the appearance of the lobby and public areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Hebrew language skills are a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Accommodation provided on site
