We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Ashdod. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to our guests. This is a great opportunity for Indian nationals looking for part-time or full-time work with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with their needs, including booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the surrounding area
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid visa to work in Israel
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
