We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team at a bakery located in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You should have experience working in a bakery and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate and finish products with toppings or fillings
- Clean and maintain baking equipment
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet food safety standards
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely production

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Baker in a bakery preferred
- Knowledge of different types of breads and pastries
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1400$ per month

City: Kaunas, Lithuania

Nationality preference: Indian (but all nationalities are welcome to apply)

No English language skills are required for this position. However, basic knowledge of English would be beneficial.
