Junior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Siauliai. As an English speaking company, we welcome applicants from all nationalities. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural plans, drawings, and models
- Collaborate with senior technologists to ensure projects meet client requirements and building codes
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assist with construction administration
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for drafting and modeling
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with a free visa and ticket for successful foreign applicants. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
