CAD Draftsman (Indian Nationals)

We are a reputable construction company based in Bungoma and we are seeking a skilled CAD Draftsman to join our team. As a CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for our construction projects. This role requires experience in using AutoCAD software and knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements
- Review and modify existing drawings to incorporate changes or revisions
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all drawings
- Stay updated with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Assist in preparing cost estimates for projects

Requirements:
- Indian national with valid work permit or visa sponsorship provided by the company
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a CAD Draftsman in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD software and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

Salary:
Compensation for this position is $1700 per month.
