We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces using a variety of techniques and equipment. This includes cleaning, sanding, and priming surfaces as well as applying paint or other coatings.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Use various techniques such as brushing, rolling, and spraying to apply paint
- Operate and maintain painting equipment including sprayers, brushes, rollers, and ladders
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while working with hazardous materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete touch-ups and repairs as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Proven knowledge of different painting techniques and equipment
- Ability to mix paints to achieve desired colors
- Familiarity with safety protocols when working with hazardous materials
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1700$ per month. Accommodation will be provided.
