Concierge at a Luxury Hotel in Lahore, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Concierge, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, or events
- Arrange transportation for guests upon request
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the city to make personalized recommendations for guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in Lahore

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The salary for this position is $900 per month.
