Contract Civil Engineer - Lisbon, Portugal

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Lisbon on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in the field. Experience with project management and working on construction sites is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and oversee construction projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.
- Perform site investigations and prepare reports outlining project specifications.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals involved in the project.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate them into project designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
