Front-End Developer

We are in search of a talented Front-End Developer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites and applications. You will work closely with our design team to implement their designs into functional web pages and collaborate with our back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with designers to translate their mockups into functional web pages
- Optimize website performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug website issues
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side logic
- Stay updated on emerging trends and new technologies in front-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS or LESS) is a plus
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring website optimization for better ranking
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1200$ per month (depending on experience)
Location: Faro, Portugal (no accommodation provided)
