Information Technology Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all hardware, software, and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Identify areas for improvement and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements in technology and make recommendations for new systems or upgrades
- Manage budget for IT department expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with budget management and cost control measures
- Fluent English language skills
