Computer Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faroe-Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with various computer-related issues. This is a full-time job that requires prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time job based in Faroe Islands. Accommodation will not be provided.
