Our prestigious architecture firm in Vianden is looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field and should possess exceptional design and leadership skills. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of architects, overseeing the design process, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and timeline constraints. You will also be required to liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project. Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an architect
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent design abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of architects throughout the entire project process
- Developing conceptual designs and overseeing their progress through all project phases
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and developing design solutions that meet their requirements
- Liaising with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- Ensuring projects are completed within budgetary and timeline constraints
- Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and other project documents for accuracy
- Keeping up-to-date with latest industry trends, technologies, materials, etc.

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Vianden (relocation assistance provided if necessary)

Country: Luxembourg (candidates from India preferred)
