Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and construction of various projects in Plovdiv. Your main responsibility will be to collect and analyze data to create accurate maps, charts, and reports. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to use specialized equipment such as GPS systems and total stations. You will work closely with engineers and architects to ensure that projects are completed accurately and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys to gather data on land features, boundaries, and topography
- Using specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and digital levels
- Creating maps, charts, and reports based on survey data
- Collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of project plans
- Providing recommendations for land use based on survey findings
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in using specialized equipment such as GPS systems and total stations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying in Plovdiv

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Plovdiv (candidates from India preferred)
