Formworker - Kaunas, Lithuania



As a Formworker for our construction company in Kaunas, Lithuania, you will be responsible for building and installing temporary structures used to support concrete during the construction process. Your main duty will be to create molds or forms that hold the concrete in place until it hardens and is able to support itself.

In this role, you will need to have previous experience in formwork construction and be physically fit as the work can be physically demanding. You will also need to have good attention to detail and be able to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and install temporary structures such as scaffolds, shoring, and other formwork systems
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project plans
- Secure formwork structures using nails, screws or clamps
- Pour concrete into forms and spread it evenly using hand tools
- Remove forms once the concrete has dried and is able to support itself
- Inspect work for defects or issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments

Requirements:
- Previous experience in formwork construction is required
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with good measuring skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
