Senior Architect - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary requirements and standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Create and present design proposals to clients
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Oversee and guide junior architects in their work
- Collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following design plans
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Review construction bids and select appropriate contractors for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Lithuania
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Experience working with diverse teams

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. While English proficiency is not required for this role, fluency would be considered an asset. This position does not require prior experience but candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
