Administrator
We are a reputable company seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Bungoma. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them to the appropriate person or department.
- Organize meetings and take minutes when necessary.
- Assist in recruitment processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update databases.
- Manage travel arrangements for employees when needed.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Prior experience as an administrator or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
