Concierge for Boutique Hotel in Nizwa
We are a boutique hotel located in the charming city of Nizwa, seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team. As our Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded during their stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Make reservations and arrangements for guests, including restaurant bookings, transportation, and tours
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in Nizwa to make recommendations to guests
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience
- Handle special requests from guests with care and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of local area and attractions
- Ability to multitask and handle busy periods calmly under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
