As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for the hotel. You will also be in charge of managing the sales team and ensuring they meet their targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with current clients while also expanding the client base
- Manage the sales team, providing training and support to ensure they meet their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to track progress towards goals
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
- Ability to travel for business purposes
