Hotel Sales Manager


As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business goals for our hotel in Faisalabad. You will oversee a team of sales executives and work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Identify potential business opportunities, conduct market research, and stay updated on industry trends
- Coordinate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Manage the sales team, set sales targets, and provide training and guidance to ensure their success
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential partners
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement
- Participate in budget planning and manage expenses effectively
- Stay updated on competitors' offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or relevant field; experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage

Salary: $900 per month
