Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives and providing them with guidance and support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Manage a team of sales representatives, provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively and achieve results through others
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
