Experienced Restaurant Manager


We are a well-established restaurant in Horsens, seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and schedule staff according to business needs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and maintain an inviting dining atmosphere for customers
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase business
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and increasing sales
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if required

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the restaurant industry in Horsens or Denmark.
