Architecture Manager


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of architectural principles and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and construction process of multiple projects simultaneously
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Develop project budgets and timelines and monitor progress throughout the project
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status
- Review proposals, contracts, and other documents related to the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, zoning laws, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Beer-Sheva
