We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Mauren. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with project team members
- Manage and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for each project
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 900$ per month
