We are currently hiring for the position of Online Consultant in our growing company based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide online consultation services to clients and assist them in making informed decisions
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns through online platforms such as email, chat, and video calls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide the most relevant advice to clients
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Meet individual and team targets for sales, customer satisfaction, and retention

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role providing online consultation or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of the products or services offered by the company
- Ability to build rapport with clients and handle difficult situations with empathy
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets or delivering exceptional customer service
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online communication tools

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with additional benefits such as accommodation. This is a full-time position that requires you to work 40 hours per week. As an Online Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from your home office.
