Junior Construction Manager

Our construction company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will work closely with our senior management team to oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Manage construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and resolving any issues that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be physically fit to visit construction sites regularly
