Contract Construction Manager

As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Faisalabad. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your duties will include creating project schedules, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations and building codes are followed. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Create project schedules and adjust as needed to ensure timely completion.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in construction management.

- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project).
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
