Entry-Level Electrical Technician

We are excited to offer an entry-level opportunity for an Electrician to join our team in Svalbard. As an Electrical Technician, you will work under the supervision of experienced electricians and gain hands-on experience and training in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
- Learn and follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and diagnose issues
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment as needed
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in pursuing a career as an Electrician
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of electrical principles
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior electricians
- Physically able to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1500 per month.
