Office Assistant - Indian Nationals Preferred
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as preparing invoices and tracking payments
- Help with planning and executing company events or meetings
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
