Hotel Sales Manager - Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel through developing and maintaining relationships with clients and promoting our services and facilities. You will also be responsible for coordinating sales activities, conducting market research, and creating sales strategies to increase bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in hotel sales. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national with experience in English speaking markets to work abroad with a competitive salary of $900 per month plus free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking events, and client visits
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Create tailored sales proposals based on client needs and budget
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to secure bookings
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and guest satisfaction
- Monitor competition and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge
- Prepare monthly reports on sales activities and revenue performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors' strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
